Referral programme
Refer other organisations to Flowpane and earn free months once they become paying customers.
Your referral code
- Go to Settings → Billing → Referrals.
- Copy your code. It has the form
FP-XXXXXXXX. - Share it. A new organisation enters the code when it signs up.
How a referral qualifies
A referral earns a free month for both you and the referred organisation once the referred organisation either:
- stays on a paid plan for 60 days, or
- purchases an annual subscription.
Free credits apply one per billing cycle. They are not banked, so several referrals qualifying in the same month are applied across successive cycles.
Tracking referrals
The Referrals tab lists each referral with its email, sign-up date and status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The organisation has signed up but has not yet qualified |
| Active | The referral has qualified and a credit is due |
| Redeemed | The credit has been applied |
| Expired | The referral did not qualify |
If you were referred by someone, the Billing page shows a card with your own referral status.
