Workstation overview
Flowpane has three deliberately different review surfaces.
- Quick Review is read-only triage over observed findings, opened with Review on a row in the Sites list. It links each fixed text artefact to its Workbench.
- Fixed text Workbench covers robots.txt, ads.txt, security.txt, llms.txt, ai.txt and humans.txt. It keeps observed Current content, Proposed editor state, saved revisions, validation and review decisions separate.
- Cookies & Consent is an evidence summary, not a file editor. Sitemaps has its own specialised Workbench. See Sitemaps & Crawl.
Fixed text actions
- Fix and Fix all apply only deterministic changes that Flowpane has classified as safe and local to the current text.
- AI Assist may replace Proposed content only after factual-safety and deterministic validation checks. Each successful generation counts against your monthly allowance; rejected output does not.
- Save creates a durable revision. Validate records exact-content evidence for the saved revision.
- Review requests, and the approved or rejected decision with its note, are recorded against an exact saved revision from the revision history panel; they do not publish the file.
Observed content and its persisted score remain authoritative until a later public check. Editing, fixing, AI generation, saving, validating or approving Proposed content does not change the observed result or the Site score.
Publishing
The six fixed-file Workbenches have no Deploy or SFTP controls, and deployment credentials are never used for them. Publish the finished text through your own hosting or CMS process, then run a check so Flowpane observes it. Generated sitemap deployment is a separate capability in the Sitemap Workbench.
Plan and role gating
Draft editing needs Pro or above and the Editor or Admin role; draft version history needs Scale or above; review and approval need Agency or Enterprise and the Reviewer or Admin role. See Workstation.
