Improving your governance score

1. Start with objective Issues — check their evidence and the artefact-specific score effect.
2. Review Recommendations — they deduct only when explicitly scored; Warnings and Information are always score-neutral.
3. Distinguish missing from unavailable — a required missing artefact can contribute zero, while blocked/error evidence can make scoring unavailable. Recommended missing artefacts may be excluded from the Site composite.
4. Use Proposed content carefully — apply only safe deterministic fixes or review validated AI output. Do not assume every finding has an automatic fix.
5. Publish through an authorised external process — fixed text Workbenches do not deploy. Sitemap deployment is a separate specialised capability.
6. Re-run the public check — Proposed text, Save, validation and approval do not change the observed artefact or Site score; a later observation does.
