Removing and restoring
Flowpane does not apply one archive-and-restore lifecycle to every resource. Check the section for the resource you are removing.
Sites
Removing a Site permanently deletes it, together with its governance data, check history and artefacts. There is no archive, undo or recovery window.
- Open the Site and click the Settings (gear) icon.
- Go to Danger zone.
- Click Remove site, type the Site's exact name to confirm, and confirm.
Only Workspace admins can remove a Site. Confirm the target carefully before you do.
Workspaces
Workspace deletion is a soft-delete. A Workspace admin deletes it from Workspace settings → Danger zone, and it moves to your Deleted Workspaces list, from which an admin can restore it. The recovery period shown in the application is guidance today; it is not yet enforced as a fixed deadline, so do not rely on a Workspace being purged, or on it surviving, past that period. See Workspace settings.
Child Organisations
Disable suspends access to a Child Organisation and everything under it. Restore reinstates it. Disabling is not deletion; nothing is removed. See Child Organisations.
Future lifecycle
Flowpane plans a single offboarding programme with a customer recovery period followed by a later purge, applied consistently across resources. It is not implemented yet, and the behaviour above is what applies today.
