Data residency

Customer-selectable physical data residency and region migration are not available in Flowpane today.

The recorded region

The region you choose during onboarding and can see in Organisation and Workspace settings is metadata. Choosing an entry does not route database records, files, processing, backups or email to that location, and an entry being listed does not mean infrastructure exists in that region.

Where data is held

Selecting a region does not establish a physical storage or processing location. Contact Flowpane for current information about database, file storage, backups and processor locations before relying on a data-location requirement.

Region requests

Any region request or completion record you see describes a change to the recorded metadata, not a transfer of data. No plan currently provides a verified self-service physical region migration.

What does not affect residency

Your language, timezone and a Site's audience country are display and context settings. They do not select where data is stored.
