Workspace settings
Open Workspace settings from the sidebar's settings entry while in the Workspace. Admins can edit; Editors see the pages read-only; Viewers are redirected away.

General
- Default governance check frequency (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) and Auto-run initial checks on site verification are recorded as Workspace defaults. Scheduling currently follows your plan's cadence rather than this default; see Check scheduling.
- White-label reports (Agency and Enterprise): a custom logo URL for the report cover and a toggle to hide Flowpane branding in the footer. See Governance report.
- Data region: recorded metadata only. It does not select where data is stored. See Data residency.
Security
The Security page records preferences that are not yet enforced, and says so on each control:
- Require two-factor authentication — stored, but two-factor authentication is not available yet
- Session timeout — reserved for a future enforced session policy
- Allowed login methods, IP allowlist and domain restrictions — Enterprise placeholders; none restricts anything today
Danger Zone
Delete workspace soft-deletes the Workspace and requests deactivation of its Sites. Type the Workspace name to confirm. The Workspace then appears in Deleted Workspaces, reached from the Workspace selector, where an admin can Restore it, which reactivates the Workspace and its Sites. Crawls stay stopped until you start one again. Flowpane does not currently guarantee a fixed recovery window or a timed purge, so restore promptly if the deletion was a mistake.
Transferring a Workspace to another Organisation is not supported.
