Understanding your dashboard

The Workspace dashboard is your home screen. It is the Sites list for the current Workspace, with the tools to act on many Sites at once.

A greeting with your name, the Workspace name and a count of Sites monitored, and the + Add Site(s) button. Beneath the button, a small indicator shows how many of your plan's Sites you have used.

Verification bar

While any Sites are still pending verification, a bar shows how many are waiting, with Verify selected and Verify all buttons. See Site verification.

Sites list

One row per Site with these columns:

Column Meaning
Pin Pin the Site to the top of the list and the sidebar
Site Name and domain; click to open the Site
Platform The declared platform
Score The Site score, or "—" when none is available
Checks Six dots for robots.txt, ads.txt, security.txt, llms.txt, humans.txt and Sitemaps, coloured by current state; hover for the detail
Status Pending, Active or Inactive, plus "Waiting for first check", "Checking" or "Auto-checks paused" when relevant
Last checked When the last run completed
Trend A sparkline of recent Site scores (Pro and above)
Review Opens Quick Review, a read-only summary of the Site's open findings
Actions A play button to run checks, and a ⋮ menu with Run checks, View site, Open website, Pin or Unpin, Edit and Delete

Toolbar

  • Search — appears once you have more than five Sites; searches name and domain.
  • Filters — narrow the list by Status (Active, Pending, Inactive), Platform and Health (Critical, Warning, Healthy, Not scored).
  • Density and page size controls, plus a bookmark button that saves your filter and display preferences for this Workspace in your browser.

Bulk actions

Tick the checkboxes to select Sites, or select every Site on the page. A bar appears with Run checks, which starts a governance check on every selected Site, and Clear.

Recent runs

Below the list, a timeline of the most recent governance runs across the Workspace with their outcomes. Click a run to open it. See Runs and activity.

Score colours in the list

Range Colour
90–100 Green
70–89 Teal
50–69 Amber
25–49 Orange
0–24 Red
— Grey: pending, unavailable or unscorable

The list uses this five-step scale so a large portfolio sorts visually. Artefact cards and the Site page use the three-band scale described in Governance scoring.
