Governance scoring
Flowpane shows an artefact score and an overall Site score. They describe the evidence Flowpane observed.
Fixed text artefacts
Findings distinguish issues, warnings, recommendations and information. Read the finding explanation and evidence alongside the score.
Score bands
Artefact cards, the Site score and the governance report use these bands:
| Score | Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 80–100 | Green | Healthy within Flowpane's model |
| 60–79 | Amber | Notable issues to address |
| 0–59 | Red | Material findings or a missing required artefact |
| — | Grey | No score: pending, unavailable or unscorable |
The Sites list uses a finer five-step scale for its score column (90 and above, 70–89, 50–69, 25–49, below 25) so that large portfolios sort visually. The underlying numbers are the same.
Specialised models
- Cookies & Consent produces an observation-risk score from bounded evidence; it is not a legal-compliance determination.
- Sitemaps uses the dedicated layered v3 scorer. See Sitemap scoring.
Site score
The Site score summarises available governance evidence. Missing, blocked or unavailable evidence may affect whether a score can be shown. Review each artefact to understand the result.
Score persistence
Scores are stored with immutable check Results. Proposed text, saved drafts, validation and approval do not change observed scores; only a later public check can do that.
