Notification preferences

Settings → Notifications lists every notification type Flowpane can raise, grouped as Governance, Team, System and Announcements, and lets you control email delivery.

Email toggles

Two email preferences are active today:

• Health digest — a summary of your Sites at your chosen digest frequency: Daily, Weekly or Monthly. See Health digest.
• Billing & subscription alerts — payment issues and subscription changes. Shown to Workspace admins.

The remaining rows (check failures, score changes, file expiry warnings, verification reminders, invitations, team member changes, role changes, plan limit warnings, security alerts, new features, promotions and maintenance notices) are listed so you can see what Flowpane records, but their email toggles are not yet active and cannot be changed. Those events still appear as in-app notifications.

In-app notifications

In-app notifications are always shown under the bell and megaphone icons regardless of email preferences. See Managing notifications.
