What Flowpane checks

Flowpane can record these bounded signals:

• known tracking-technology strings referenced by static homepage HTML;
• known consent-management-platform strings referenced by static HTML; and
• when a governed caller supplies it, a browser snapshot of pre-interaction third-party cookies and CMP DOM presence.

Static source cannot prove that a referenced script executed or that a banner appeared. A pre-interaction snapshot does not test accept, reject, granular preference, withdrawal, navigation or later loading. Flowpane does not determine a cookie's purpose, necessity or exemption, applicable law, CMP validity or legal outcome. Ad-tech source signals are not ads.txt seller or publisher-account authority.
