Monitoring multiple client sites

Flowpane is designed for teams managing many sites. Here is how to keep a large portfolio under control.

Dashboard at a glance

The Workspace dashboard lists every Site with its score, per-artefact health dots and status. Use the Health filter to show only Critical or Warning Sites, and sort by score to work from the worst up. See Understanding your dashboard.

Pinning and tags

Pin the Sites you are actively working on so they stay at the top and in the sidebar. Use tags in Site settings to record client, priority or project.

Bulk operations

Select Sites with the checkboxes and click Run checks to start a governance check on all of them. While Sites are pending, Verify all verifies every pending Site in one pass.

Automatic checks

Starter and above check every Site automatically at the plan's cadence, from weekly on Starter to hourly on Enterprise. See Check scheduling. Sites that repeatedly fail to respond show an Auto-checks paused badge; fix the cause and run a manual check to resume.

Portfolio view

Analytics shows the portfolio as a whole: score distribution, the artefacts most often missing, the Sites needing attention and a leaderboard. See Analytics.

Reporting to clients

Generate a governance report per Site, and use report recipients to send it to client contacts who have confirmed they want it.
