Upgrading your plan

Plan changes are arranged with the Flowpane team while the self-service payment system is being completed.

Requesting an upgrade

1. Go to Settings → Billing → Plans. Billing is available to Workspace admins.
2. Use the toggle to compare monthly and annual pricing.
3. Click Upgrade to [plan] on the plan you want.
4. Confirm your email address in the dialog. Flowpane records your interest in that plan and will contact you to complete the change.

Your current plan, Sites and data are unchanged until the change is completed with you.

Annual pricing

Annual pricing is shown as a per-month rate that is lower than monthly billing. The exact figures are on the Plans tab.

Enterprise

Enterprise pricing is custom. Click Contact us in the Enterprise column, or see Enterprise enquiries.

Downgrading

Downgrading does not delete or archive existing Sites. If you have more Sites, Workspaces or members than the lower plan allows, you keep them, but you cannot add more until you are within the limit, and plan-gated features stop being available. See the Plans and billing FAQ.
