Usage and limits
Open Settings → Usage to see your current plan and how much of each allowance you have used across the Workspaces in your Organisation.
What is shown
Each row has a progress bar with the amount used against the plan limit:
- Sites
- Workspaces
- Team members
- AI generations this month
Two further rows, Governance checks this month and Crawl pages this month, are listed with their plan limits but their counts are not currently calculated, and the page says so. Limits that are unlimited on your plan show "Unlimited" with no bar.
Colour thresholds

When the Site, Workspace or member limit is reached, the relevant add or invite action is blocked and the application points you to the Billing page. Nothing you already have is removed.
AI model preference
The Usage page also lets you choose which model AI Assist uses:
- Advanced (Sonnet) — plan default
- Standard (Haiku) — 1.5× credits
Choosing Standard gives you one and a half times the number of monthly AI generations in exchange for a less capable model. A confirmation shows the change to your monthly credit count before it is applied. Some accounts have the model set centrally, in which case the selector is shown but cannot be changed.
Monthly reset
Monthly allowances count from the first day of each calendar month. Unused allowance does not roll over.
